Safaricom

Safaricom Ltd is a leading mobile network operator in Kenya. It was formed in 1997 as a fully owned subsidiary of Telkom Kenya. In May 2000, Vodafone Group Plc of the United Kingdom acquired a 40% stake and management responsibility for the company.


Touch

MTC Touch operates in eight Middle Eastern and African countries with a workforce of over 5,000; providing mobile voice and data services to over 34.2 million active individual and business customers.

Telkom

Telkom SA SOC Ltd. is a wireline and wireless telecommunications provider in South Africa operating in more than 38 countries across the African continent. Telkom is a semi-privatised, 39% state-owned company.


Zain Jordan

In 1994, Zain in Jordan, formerly Fastlink, was the first to introduce mobile services in the country. In 2003, it was the first to join what is now the Zain Group’s Middle East portfolio.

Zain Kuwait

Zain in Kuwait is the Group's flagship operation, which was established in 1983 and in 1994 became the first telecom operator to launch commercial GSM services in the region and now offers 4G LTE.


Zain Sudan

In February 2006, Zain acquired the remaining 61% stake of Mobitel, Sudan’s first mobile operator, in a deal valued at $1.332 billion, resulting in 100% ownership. The company was rebranded to Zain in September 2007 and subsequently renewed its license in Sudan for a period of 20 years.

Zain Group

Zain has commercial presence in 8 countries across the Middle East and North Africa with 44.3 million active customers as of 31 December 2014. It employs over 7000 people.


Zain Saudi Arabia

Zain launched its commercial operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 26 August 2008, a year after it was awarded its mobile license. The Group holds management control of the operation through its 37% ownership stake. Zain Saudi Arabia also offers 4G LTE services.

Zain Bahrain

Zain started operations in the Kingdom of Bahrain in December 2003 as MTC-Vodafone. Since then, it has introduced 4G LTE, 3.5G and WIMAX services to the Kingdom. Zain’s network covers 100% of the Bahraini population.


Zain Iraq

Zain has provided mobile services in Iraq since December 2003. After securing a 15-year license in August 2007, Zain acquired Iraqna’s network, becoming the largest mobile operator in Iraq with over 13 million customers.


Asia Pacific

Digi

Digi Telecommunications, is a mobile service provider in Malaysia. It is owned in majority by Telenor ASA of Norway with 49%. On 24 May 1995 Digi became the first telco in Malaysia to launch and operate a fully digital cellular network.

M1 Limited (previously known as MobileOne) is one of the three major telcos operating in the Republic of Singapore, the other two being Starhub and Singtel.

Maxis Berhad is a communications service provider in Malaysia. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing a variety of communication products, applications and value added services for consumers, large enterprises and small & medium business owners.

Singtel

Singapore Telecommunications Limited, commonly abbreviated as Singtel, is a Singaporean telecommunications company, with a combined mobile subscriber base of 500 million customers from its own operations and regional associates in 25 countries at end of March 2014, making it one of the largest mobile network operators in Singapore and the 20–30 largest in the world


Spark

Spark New Zealand (formerly Telecom New Zealand) is a New Zealand-wide communications service provider (CSP), providing fixed line telephone services, a mobile network, an internet service provider, and a major ICT provider to NZ businesses (through its Spark Digital division). It has operated as a publicly traded company since 1990.

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian mobile telecommunications service provider and was founded in 1998 as MiTV Networks Sdn Bhd. U Mobile is a wholly owned subsidiary of U Television Sdn Bhd, which was formerly known as U Telecom Media Holdings Sdn Bhd and MiTV Corporation Sdn Bhd.


StarHub

StarHub was awarded the licence to provide fixed network and mobile services on 7 May 1998, when the government announced that the telecommunications sector in Singapore would be completely liberalised by 2002.

Telkomsel

Telkomsel is a brand name of a GSM and UMTS Mobile phone network operator which operates in Indonesia. It was founded in 1995 and is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia. The company currently has 122 million subscribers.



Europe & UK

Orange

Orange Polska (former Telekomunikacja Polska) is a Polish telecommunications provider established in December 1991. It is a public company traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with a controlling stake owned by Orange S.A., the latter controlling over 50% of this stake by 2002.

VimpelCom Russia

VimpelCom Ltd. is a global provider of telecommunication services incorporated in Bermuda and headquartered in Amsterdam. It is the sixth largest mobile network operator in the world by subscribers (as of April 2012) with 214 million customers (as per December 31, 2012) in 18 countries. Most of the company's revenue comes from Russia (39%) and Italy (31%).


VimpelCom Kyrgyzstan

VimpelCom Ltd. is a global provider of telecommunication services incorporated in Bermuda and headquartered in Amsterdam. It is the sixth largest mobile network operator in the world by subscribers (as of April 2012) with 214 million customers (as per December 31, 2012) in 18 countries. Most of the company's revenue comes from Russia (39%) and Italy (31%).

SFR

SFR is a French telecommunications company that provides voice, video, data, and Internet telecommunications and professional services to consumers and businesses. As of December 2015, it has 21.9 million customers in Metropolitan France for mobile services, and provides 6.35 million households with high-speed internet access.


TDC

TDC A/S (formerly Tele Danmark) is a Danish telecommunications company dating back to 1879. TDC is the largest telephone company in Denmark with 8.5 million customer relations (end of 2014) within telephony, broadband, and television.

Turkcell

Turkcell is the leading mobile phone operator of Turkey, based in Istanbul. The company has 34.4 million subscribers as of September 30, 2011.


Kcom

KCOM Group (formerly known as Kingston Communications and latterly KC) is a UK communications and IT services provider. Its headquarters are in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, where it serves local residents and businesses with Internet and telephony services.

In April 2015, Orange Switzerland, owned by Iliad S.A., became re-branded as "Salt"

eastlink

Eastlink is a Canadian cable television and telecommunications company. It was founded in Amherst, Nova Scotia in 1971, when it was issued one of the first cable licences granted by the CRTC. Through a series of acquisitions, which included the purchase of Amtelecom, Persona, Bluewater, Delta and Coast Cable, Eastlink became the fifth-largest cable television provider in Canada in 2010

T Mobile

T-Mobile US, Inc. is a major wireless network operator in the United States. The German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom (DT) is its majority shareholder, through DT's holding company T-Mobile International AG.


WOW!

Wide Open West (doing business as WOW!) is the ninth largest cable TV provider in the United States. Additionally, the company offers landline telephone and broadband Internet services.

Axtel

Axtel S.A.B. de C.V., known as Axtel, is a Mexican telecommunications company headquartered in San Pedro, near Monterrey. It offers telephone, internet, and television services through FTTH in 42 cities of Mexico as well as IT Services.
