Vivacom, Bulgaria's main telecommunications provider, has selected Neural Technologies as its definitive fraud management solution supplier.
Vivacom is the new name of the company that unifies the BTC and Vivatel services, the fixed-line and mobile offerings from Bulgarian Telecommunications Company. Vivatel, the mobile arm, has been successfully using Neural Technologies' Minotaur™ Fraud Management Solution for several years, with a rival solution installed at BTC. When the decision came to combine the fixed and mobile operations Minotaur™ was selected as the preferred solution to manage Vivacom's fraud challenges going forward.
