Neural Technologies hosted its 2006 User Forum at the Hotel Russell in London between 18th and 20th September. Attended by 30 of Nt's customers from around the globe, the event comprised a busy two-day business schedule, alongside a programme of social activities.
The topics covered comprised the introduction of Minotaur's™ new web enabled case manager, product development roadmap, support processes, configuration sessions, plus sessions for Cerebrus customers who are in the process of migrating over to the Minotaur™ platform.
The Forum also included a selection of well-received presentations from Nt's customers - Brasil Telecom, Telecom New Zealand and TDC - in addition to specialist risk management consultancy, Praesidium.
New for this year were presentations on Nt's recently unveiled credit management functionality - following on from the successful deployment of Minotaur™ FCMS (Fraud & Credit Management Solution) at Danish operator TDC and its forthcoming implementation at Turkish operator, Turkcell.

It allows us to update our customers about new and proposed developments to the Minotaur™ risk management platform, and it enables them to provide us with valuable feedback to ensure Minotaur™ accurately reflects their requirements going forward. Furthermore, it gives customers a unique opportunity to meet each other and to benefit from sharing their knowledge on risk management issues".
The feedback from Nt's customers was immensely positive - the forum received an average 9 out of 10 in terms of its usefulness to customers. User interaction, exchange of information (both informally and through customer presentations), configuration sessions and new product development features were cited by attendees as the major positive benefits derived from the Forum. Nt is now planning its next forum to be held in 2007.
