Neural Technologies (Nt) is delighted to announce the appointment of Hayley Daniels as its new Senior Business Development Consultant.
Hayley brings a wealth of fraud and risk management experience to Neural Technologies. She spent five years as Fraud Operations Manager with mobile operator Hutchison 3G UK, where she had responsibility for management of all the day-to-day fraud issues relating to the prevention and detection of internal and subscriber abuse. Before that Hayley held a supervisory position within Fraud & Investigations with NTL, a UK company offering fixed line, cable television, Internet and broadcasting.
Hayley served on the TUFF (Telecommunications UK Fraud Forum) Board of Directors from 2000 to 2004 and chaired the TUFF Training Group for five years. Her responsibilities included organising industry training days and syndicate workshops, and she was heavily involved in the development of the TUFF "Accreditation' project aimed at training new fraud analysts.
Hayley's role within Nt primarily involves providing proactive support to Nt's customer base. This encompasses training and awareness activities, in addition to providing data and configuration analysis.
As well as assisting Nt's customers with hands on development of existing or new configuration, Hayley's role is to principally strengthen the knowledge of Nt's customers in order to ensure they are achieving optimum benefit and risk management capability from Nt's solutions.
