Neural Technologies (Nt), is undertaking further expansion of its office in Malaysia, in a move designed to support the worldwide growth of the company which has increased exponentially over the last few years.
This expansion comes in parallel with expansion in Nt's US and UK offices and restructuring in the Indian office to ensure that Neural Technologies can increase both sales revenue as well as support new and existing customers across the globe.

To ensure that we successfully evolve we are constantly evaluating the way that our corporation is structured to meet new challenges. Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region as a whole are seen as a good fit for our strategic direction."
Nt's Malaysian office has grown steadily since its inception at the end of 2005 and has been instrumental in expanding Nt's footprint in the Asia Pacific region, gaining new customers in Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, in addition to providing a key aspect of the critical 24/7 support role for Nt's global customer base.
Growth plans for the Malaysian branch include taking on more product development activities to expand and strengthen Nt's risk management offering into the areas of revenue assurance, credit risk management, collections optimisation and customer attrition management, in addition to building on successful deployment activities undertaken around the world in the last 24 months.
The sales function will also be enlarged to support Nt's growing presence in the banking and finance sector, working alongside sales teams in India, who have been highly successful in winning a number of key contracts in the region, such as HDFC Bank.
