Neural Technologies (Nt) is delighted to announce that it has opened a new office in Brazil. This is Nt's second office in Latin America and it was established in response to increased demand for Nt's solutions across the CALA region. Comcel of Haiti and All America Cables & Radio in the Dominican Republic are the most recent operators to join Nt's growing customer list in the region, which also comprises Brasil Telecom, and Axtel in Mexico.
The Brazilian office is headed up by Luiz Silva who has over nineteen years' experience in the ICT industry, working for blue-chip companies such as Philips, Brasil Telecom, British Telecom and BellSouth International (now AT&T), in addition to contributing to successful start-up businesses providing mobile content and value added services. Luiz has a proven track record of success in developing innovative solutions to address business challenges and creating value for customers through the creative use of emerging technologies.
Luiz holds a M.Sc. from Coventry University (UK), an Executive MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (Brazil), a Bachelor degree in Physics from Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil) and a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Pernambuco (Brazil).
