Neural Technologies' (Nt) workshop on Internal Fraud received high praise from TUFF's CEO and its members at the 2008 TUFF seminar held in London on 2nd and 3rd September. An interactive workshop, it comprised hands-on analysis, examining the issues related to internal fraud with specific focus on call centre issues/risks and procurement fraud.
Jack Wraith, CEO of TUFF, had this to say to Nt's presenter, Hayley Daniels, "First my sincere thanks for the input both you and Nt had in the Seminar - the feedback has been very positive and not only was the input both relevant and valuable to our membership the methods of delivery and rapport that existed over the whole event was the best I have seen. There is no doubt that this year's event is going to be a hard act to follow".

Commenting on the role of Nt as Gold Sponsor of the event, Jack Wraith went on to say, "Neural Technologies provided a level of expertise and experience that attendees found both relevant and knowledgeable. A number of delegates remarked on having received advice from the Nt presenters which would enable them to return to their companies better prepared to address some of the fraud and revenue assurance issues that face them on a daily basis. I have no hesitation in recommending Nt as a source of unbiased advice on all aspects of RA and Fraud."
Hayley Daniels will be hosting an online seminar on Internal Fraud on Tuesday 11th and Thursday 13th November. The seminar is offered free of charge to fraud and risk personnel working for telecommunication operators. |
