Neural Technologies (Nt) is enabling telecoms operators to beat the global recession by offering its risk management software solutions on a pay on performance basis. What this means is that if its solutions do not deliver the expected results, organisations do not have to pay!
The ability to maximise revenue is even more crucial in the current financial climate. As Luke Taylor, Nt's Commercial Director explains, "We are finding that there is even more need for our solutions in this current worldwide recession. Telecoms operators have faced many challenges over recent years, with consolidation in the market, aggressive competition and a reduction both in tariffs and ARPU from voice services. The current financial crisis makes it even more imperative to protect profits.

The pay on performance scheme requires no licence fee for the software, just nominal implementation and training fees. Operators agree mutually acceptable and pre-defined targets with Nt, and thereafter only pay when the solution satisfies those targets. "This approach equates to minimal initial integration and implementation expenditure and an immediate improved revenue stream and bottom-line return", said Luke Taylor.
