Revenue Assurance

Neural Technologies revenue assurance consultancy service is designed to assist organisations to identify areas where they can make improvements in processes and technology that will stop revenue leakage.

The methodology is based around a simple 3 step approach. Typically, on a first engagement, this approach would be applied to a nominated 'target area' e.g. one particular revenue stream or business area which is deemed to be high risk or where there are known problems.

Step 1: Initial Health Check

Firstly, a "health check" of the agreed target area will be conducted. This low cost assessment of existing operations, core revenue processes, and the relevant interfaces across the enterprise will enable a set of prime risks to be highlighted and prioritised.  This will provide enough information to scope the size of the problem and plan the subsequent steps accordingly.

Step 2: Solution Identification

Next, a detailed analysis of the prioritised prime risks will be carried out.  At the end of this phase we will prepare a detailed report and project plan highlighting the steps to be taken to maximise revenue and resolve existing issues.  The report will contain:

• Details of the key problem areas and their root causes traced to
  the originating systems or processes.
• Suggested controls, processes and KPI's to be implemented to minimise leakage and measure performance.
• Potential 'Quick-Wins' for a rapid return on investment.
• Proposed team structures to maximise the benefit from the recommendations made.
• Suggested training to provide a better understanding of Revenue Assurance issues across the organisation.

Step 3: Solution Implementation

Finally, we will help you to implement the agreed-upon recommendations to provide both short-term gains and a long-term solution to minimise revenue leakage.
