The General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) affords you the following rights and Neural Technologies takes these rights very seriously.

Your right to access your data – Neural Technologies will ensure that the data held about you is available to you on request. This enables both parties to understand the data Neural Technologies holds, the purpose for collecting the data from you and why it is needed.

Your right to data portability – Neural Technologies will provide you with the data held about you in a clear, well-structured and commonly used, machine-readable format. This will also enable you to transfer your data to a third-party, if required.

Your right to data correction – In the unlikely event that information you have provided to Neural Technologies is incorrect or incomplete, you can request for these inaccuracies to be rectified as soon as possible.

Your right to data deletion (the ‘right to be forgotten’) – You can opt-out of any contact from Neural Technologies and withdraw consent at any time. Neural Technologies will remove all data held about you, unless required to keep records for legal purposes (in which case, Neural Technologies will inform you of this fact).

Your right to object to automated processing including profiling – Neural Technologies do not implement or use automated decision-making systems and profiling when processing your data.

Neural Technologies will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional material about third parties which we think you may find interesting, unless you tell us otherwise.

Neural Technologies stores your information on its IT systems in the United Kingdom. It may be required that your contact information is transferred to another one of Neural Technologies’ operating countries so that sales and marketing representatives can use this information for business purposes.
