Scope of Service

Neural Technologies can provide resource for the following activities.

Step 1: Initial health check

Firstly, a "health check" of the agreed target area will be conducted by our revenue assurance services team. This low cost assessment of existing operations, core revenue processes, and the relevant interfaces across the enterprise will enable a set of prime risks to be highlighted and prioritised.  This will provide enough information to scope the size of the problem and plan the subsequent steps accordingly.

Step 2: Solution identification

Next, a detailed analysis of the prioritised prime risks will be carried out.  At the end of this phase our revenue assurance services team will prepare a detailed report and project plan, highlighting the steps to be taken to maximise revenue and resolve existing issues.  The report will contain:

  • Details of the key problem areas and their root causes traced to 
    the originating systems or processes.
  • Suggested controls, processes and KPI's to be implemented to minimise leakage and measure performance.
  • Potential 'Quick-Wins' for a rapid return on investment.
  • Proposed team structures to maximise the benefit from the recommendations made.
  • Suggested training to provide a better understanding of Revenue Assurance issues across the organisation.
