Neural Technologies’ SHAPE solution has enabled a tier one telecommunications company in the ASEAN region to launch a Self-Help Data Portal which allows data subscribers to manage their own data plans in real time through their smartphones and desktop browsers.
SHAPE extends an intuitive self-help interface to the data subscribers and expands the data plans’ offering beyond the service provider’s policy and accounting platform. Subscribers can now have a full view of their data plans’ usage in real-time giving them the ability to configure multiple notifications when the usage reaches certain thresholds. SHAPE protects service providers from revenue loss via bill shock cases and, at the same time, generates revenue with the active upselling and purchase channels.

A Leading Middle East Telecom Operator selects Minotaur as their Fraud and Revenue Assurance solution
A leading Middle Eastern service provider has selected us to protect against Fraud and Revenue Assurance.
The Fraud & RA contract provides protection against a multitude of fraud types, from subscription stage and throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as monitoring network nodes and processes to identify potential discrepancies and possible revenue loss.
