Neural Technologies has acquired a controlling interest in Hong Kong based Prime Creation Technology (PCT), a provider of value added services for mobile operators.
The acquisition is designed to strengthen Neural Technologies' position in the Asia Pacific region and to expand the company's offering to the telecommunications sector, which currently comprises risk management solutions in the areas of fraud, collections, bad debt, customer attrition, revenue assurance and security.
PCT has a range of leading edge proprietary products that enable mobile operators to increase their revenue through value added services and enhanced customer experience. These include:
- USSD Signalling Gateway
- Mobile Number Portability Platform
- Roaming Service Platform (Virtual Local Mobile Service)
- Intelligent Audio Platform
- IN Service Network Platform
- Intelligent SMS Platform
- Intelligent Video Platform
