Neural Technologies continues its long-standing engagement with the GSMA Fraud and Security Group (FASG), contributing to industry collaboration on fraud prevention, cybersecurity governance, and the operationalization of digital trust across the mobile ecosystem. FASG #35 in Singapore brings together mobile network operators, industry partners, and security experts to address evolving fraud and cyber threats impacting the telecommunications industry.

  • When: 📅 9–11 June 2026

  • Where: 📍 Mapletree Business City, Singapore

Neural Technologies will also participate as a speaker on artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) in strengthening fraud detection and management operations.

Digital Trust and Fraud Risk in the Region

The theme of FASG #35, “Operationalizing Digital Trust: Fraud and Security Governance, Skills and Operations Across the Mobile Ecosystem,” reflects the growing need for stronger governance, operational controls, and coordinated industry action.

Mobile ecosystems across the Asia Pacific continue to face rising threats, including SMS blasters, phishing, and AI-enabled scams. Recent GSMA research on ASEAN scam activity highlights the scale and impact of consumer fraud across the region, reinforcing the need for stronger cross-industry collaboration and protection measures.
